From Hustle to TIFF - Dolph: Unbreakable Selected

This one is truly special for me and my team. Since our very first film, The Union: The Business Behind Getting High (2007), we’ve submitted every single project we’ve made to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). For nearly two decades, nothing connected with the programmers — until now.

I’m beyond proud to announce that our documentary about legendary action star Dolph Lundgren has been selected for TIFF Industry Selects. Each year, TIFF Industry curates just 10 “standout, audience-ready titles from around the world” that are made available for acquisition during the festival. Our film, Dolph: Unbreakable, which dives deep into the extraordinary life and career of action icon Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Universal Soldier), is the only documentary chosen this year.

For me, this is a bucket-list milestone. After almost 20 years of creative hustle and 12 feature documentaries, we’ve finally cracked the TIFF barrier. It’s validation for the persistence, passion, and belief that my incredible team and I have poured into every project. Hopefully, this is the first of many to come.
