A Busy Season at Score G Production Films: May and June Recap

Introduction

The months of May and June have been incredibly eventful for Score G Production Films (SGP). Our team has been hard at work on various projects, including the Dolph Lundgren documentary, the Canadian release of our three-part true crime docu-series "Thunder: The Life & Death of Arturo Gatti,' reviewing archive and working with director Michael Hamilton on the "Tootoo" edit, and a remarkable shoot with Canadian rock icon Bif Naked. Let's dive into the details and explore the exciting developments at SGP for the months of May, June, and July.

We've been dedicated to crafting a compelling story, delving deep into Lundgren's life and career with the incredible footage we have captured. The team has been meticulously reviewing footage and archive, selecting the most captivating moments, and weaving them together with the goal of delivering a solid rough cut, we're working tirelessly to have the rough cut ready for Dolph and the team to review by the end of August. Stay tuned for updates on this future award-winning project!

"Tootoo" Edit with Director Michael Hamilton

The SGP team has had the privilege of working closely with director Michael Hamilton on the edit of the Jordin Tootoo story "Tootoo". Our team has been thoroughly reviewing and sorting Tootoo's archived and spectacular footage we captured in Rankin Inlet, carefully piecing together the remarkable story of resilience and triumph. 25th Anniversary of "I Bificus" with Bif Naked

We just came back from an incredible shoot held at Vancouver's Rickshaw, SGP had the honour of capturing the 25th anniversary performance of Canadian rock icon Bif Naked's "I Bificus." The atmosphere was electric as Bif Naked rocked the stage, delivering a memorable and energetic show. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure every moment was captured flawlessly, preserving the essence of this significant milestone.

"Brace for Impact: The Dane Cook Story" Begins Principal Photography

The team has been on set, capturing some truly remarkable moments during our first week of shooting with the legendary Dane Cook. It has been an INCREDIBLE experience filled with tears, laughter, and an inspiring tale of resilience and perseverance. Dane's journey of overcoming the betrayal and embezzlement by his own brother and best friend, which led to the loss of all his money ($15,000,000) is truly extraordinary. What makes this story even more remarkable is that Dane managed to recover from these losses in less than two years and has emerged happier and more successful than ever. We are honoured to be able to tell this incredible story of triumph, resilience, and personal growth. Dane's unwavering determination and positive spirit are truly inspiring.
